Monday/Wednesday Elemental Breathwork
Welcome to the Sacred Elemental Breath Work + Meditation Offering beginning March 3rd, 2025
We will be using the tool of my sacred elemental card deck (pictured above) to open the channels of light and plasma in the elemental realms within and without.
In this 45 minute breath/meditation, we will activate Golden Plasma Light frequencies and Diamond Light frequencies in our physical, emotional, mental, and etheric bodies bringing color, sound, light, and plasma along with our elemental frequencies which are calling us home to our highest source self I Am.
Each of our five weeks will focus on a specific element: water, fire, earth, air, ether. We will meet Mondays and Wednesdays on Zoom from noon until 1 pm EST. Scholarships available.
